Welcome to Fruitful Farmstead—we’re so glad you’re here.
We’re a small, family-run homestead rooted in faith, hard work, and a deep love for the land. What began as a backyard garden and a few chickens has grown into a life full of purpose, gratitude, and homemade goodness. At the heart of it all is our belief that this lifestyle—slow, simple, and intentional—is a gift from God, and one we’re called to share.
We’re here to steward what He’s given us well, and to help others do the same—whether that’s through a loaf of sourdough, a hands-on homesteading class, or a good word around the farmstand.
What We Do
We raise animals, grow seasonal food, and make useful things from scratch. From fresh bread and canned preserves to herbal remedies and pasture-raised eggs, we aim to create products that are honest, wholesome, and made with care.
Our farm is built on the idea that a fruitful life isn’t about having more—but about making the most of what we’ve been given. And that’s something we love teaching others, too.
Homesteading Classes
We offer hands-on homesteading classes designed to equip, encourage, and connect—whether you’re new to this lifestyle or looking to grow your skills. From making tallow balm or sourdough to preserving summer’s bounty, our classes are full of practical wisdom and meaningful community.
Can’t make it to the farm? We often partner with local spaces or bring classes on the road. Wherever we go, we bring our heart for teaching and our faith with us.
Our Farmstand
The farmstand is where you’ll find the fruit of our hands and land: baked goods, fresh milled mixes, canned jams and jellies, elderberry kits, handmade salves, and more. Everything we sell is rooted in tradition, made with purpose, and offered with hospitality.
It’s a little place with a big heart—serving our local community one jar, loaf, or bundle at a time.
The Art of Homemade (Our Blog)
Our blog, The Art of Homemade, is where we share our favorite recipes, how-tos, and encouragement for simple, grounded living. From canning tips to family dinners, it’s all centered around the belief that homemade matters—and that God meets us in the everyday, right where we are.
Why We Do It
At Fruitful Farmstead, we believe God has called us to live simply, steward His creation well, and serve others joyfully. Our faith guides everything we do—from planting seeds to teaching classes to sharing a warm loaf of bread with a neighbor.
We pray that this little corner of the internet inspires you to dig deep, live well, and trust that small things—done faithfully—can bear lasting fruit.
Thanks for stopping by. We’re honored to share a bit of our life with you.
Let’s live more fully, more faithfully, and more fruitfully—together.
Blessings,
The Ramsey Family
